Summary

A Customer Service Representative will be comfortable communicating with customers both on the phone and in writing, will have a friendly and professional demeanor, and can build trust quickly making customer feel heard and important. They will also be detailed oriented, understanding the importance of documenting everything, and will be able to support the updating of training materials as the work environment and industry change. Committed to providing an excellent customer experience at customer every interaction. They are internally driven and motivated, can work independently, and are comfortable reaching out for support when necessary. They will also be able to thrive in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts and opportunities for people to grow as professionals as the organization grows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Learning and understanding insurance products.

· Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.

· Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.

· Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.

· Recommending available products.

· Typing up complaint reports.

· Managing the customer complaint database.

Qualification Standards/ Required Knowledge

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

· Bachelor's degree in or related business degree

· RIBO License within 3 months of starting, is an advantage but not necessary.

· Friendly and professional demeanor.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable working on computers.

· Ability to work independently.

· Previous experience working in customer service, sales, or hospitality considered an asset.

· Excellent customer support skills and attitude

· Professionalism, to include dependability, accountability and punctuality.

· Detail-oriented

· Good communication skills and comfortable talking to clients.

· Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with various levels of management, and able to work in a team environment.

· Demonstrated ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment.

Strong organizational skills including the ability to work independently without constant supervision, to handle multiple assignments while meeting assigned deadlines and exhibits decision-making capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
