The Medical City Clark is looking for a
Customer Relations Supervisor
who will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide outstanding service, and handling escalated customer issues. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to maintain positive customer relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the department, ensuring an exceptional experience for all customers, and driving strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • With ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
  • May require extended hours during peak customer service periods or in response to urgent customer issues or needs.
  • Responsible in assisting patients as navigation, information and non-medical care to patients, relatives and guests.
  • Assists patients/customer/clients/ suppliers with the ocular tour of the hospital.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a service industry
  • Can communicate well
  • Positive work attitude
  • Customer/Service oriented
