Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client/customer inquiries via phone, email, chat [and in-person]
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Assist in scheduling and documentation related to aviation services
  • Uphold company standards in customer service and professionalism
  • Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Assist and/or perform all other necessary tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager/Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an aviation-related course (e.g., Air Transportation, Aircraft Maintenance, Travel and Tourism with airline operations)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work on-site at Clark Freeport Zone and in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
