Offshore 24/7 is an Australian-owned outsourcing company with our office located in Philexcel, Clark Freeport Zone. This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to progress their career with our US client and earn between 30k–40k per month and can Work On-site.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional inbound and outbound support through live chat and email with a focus on speed, clarity, and care.
• Proactively build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, especially through live chat interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve client queries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Tackle technical trade-related issues with a resourceful, analytical approach—investigating and explaining platform and transaction concerns clearly.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, always seeking long-term resolution.
• Treat every complaint seriously—investigate thoroughly and respond with accuracy, sensitivity, and urgency.

Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of call center experience (voice or non-voice)
• Minimum 3 years of customer service via live chat support (especially with international clients)
• Minimum 1 year of troubleshooting experience (mobile phones, software, or applications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in professional-level English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working various shifts, including Philippine public holidays
• Tech-savvy and confident solving technical issues across various platforms
• Excellent communication skills — clear, courteous, and confident
• Comfortable with basic financial math and experienced using MS Office and trading platforms

Work Schedules:

First 2-3 Week Training Schedule - 8PM-5AM Phil Time ( US Shift)

Permanent Working Hours - 11AM - 7PM Phil Time or 5AM -2PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
