PRL SpeedUp Inc. HONOR Philippines is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to manage core human resources functions, with a specific focus on Talent Acquisition and Operational Administration. This pivotal role demands a proven professional capable of ensuring both effective staffing and robust organizational compliance.

This role is essential for recruiting the talent that directly drives our sales and operational efficiency, requiring deep expertise in recruiting specialized professional roles and maintaining seamless administrative operations.

Core Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment & Administration

I. Talent Acquisition (Specialized Focus)

  • Targeted Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles critical to our success, including:

1. Area Supervisors (for logistics and promoter management).

2. Account Executives

3. Key Account Managers (B2B sales focused on retailers and major clients).

4. Training Officers and Managers (for product and sales training).

  • Leadership Sourcing: Develop effective strategies to attract and screen candidates for managerial and supervisory positions, ensuring a strong fit with our fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of hire for specialized roles, minimizing time-to-fill for critical leadership vacancies.

II. HR and Professional Administration

  • Onboarding & Integration: Conduct professional onboarding programs tailored to specialized roles (Sales, Training, Supervisory) to accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain immaculate HR records and administer personnel policies, contracts, and compensation details, ensuring regulatory compliance relevant to professional employment standards.
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide effective, confidential support and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, policy interpretation, and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordination: Liaise closely with the Training department to support the deployment and tracking of mandatory and developmental training programs.

Qualifications for Success

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, with significant and successful experience recruiting professional and managerial roles (e.g., Sales, Supervisory, Training).
  • Industry Insight: Experience within the consumer electronics, high-tech distribution, or high-volume sales industry is highly advantageous.
  • Key Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset toward talent management, and a high degree of organizational capability necessary to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
