About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions within our organisation. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  2. Assisting with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  3. Collaborating with managers and executives to address HR-related concerns and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and processing HR-related documentation
  5. Participating in the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
  6. Identifying areas for improvement and recommending HR solutions to enhance organisational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  6. Familiarity with HR information systems and technology
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
