HR Training and Engagement

Training and Development:
- Coordinate the training requirements of all staff, in collaboration with department heads and training providers.
- Maintain organized and updated records of training certificates, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and other documentation.
- Ensure timely scheduling and logistics for internal and external training activities.
- Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and ensure they receive the required materials and training schedules.
- Track training compliance and completion, particularly for mandatory programs (e.g., BLS, data privacy, customer service).
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, reports, and feedback summaries.
- Maintain and update the training database.
- Provide technical and administrative support during live or virtual training sessions.
- Coordinate with resource speakers, vendors, and training facilitators.
- Monitor the return of service (ROS) agreements for sponsored trainings, ensuring documentation is complete and staff fulfill the required service duration.
- Help evaluate training effectiveness by compiling and summarizing evaluation results and feedback.
Employee Engagement:
- Coordinates employee engagement activities such as wellness programs, contests, celebrations, and team-building events.
- Draft and disseminate announcements, teasers, and communications for engagement activities through appropriate channels (email, posters, social media, etc.).
- Track and monitor employee participation, feedback, and overall engagement levels.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an annual engagement calendar.
- Document all engagement activities through photos, videos, and reports.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and event needs (venue, food, giveaways, etc.).
- Support internal surveys related to employee satisfaction, engagement, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to encourage participation and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Continuously suggest and help implement creative ideas for improving employee morale and engagement.
