Key Responsibilities

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with managers
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
  • Maintain training records and track employee progress

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes when needed
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in training, learning & development, and HR functions
  • Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and training methodologies
