HR Training Officer

HR Training Officer supports the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee competencies, productivity, and engagement. The role involves coordinating training logistics, assisting in content development, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring alignment of programs with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of in-house and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and teambuilding activities.
- Coordinate logistics for training activities including venue, materials, attendance, and communication with participants.
- Support in the conduct of training needs analysis (TNA) and preparation of annual training calendars.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of training attendance, evaluation results, and certificates of completion.
- Monitor and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training database to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal resource persons and external providers for scheduling and facilitation of programs.
- Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness through post-training assessments, surveys, and reports.
- Prepare summary reports and presentations related to training metrics, budget utilization, and participation.
- Provide administrative support in training budget monitoring and processing of related documents.
- Promote learning initiatives across departments and encourage employee participation in development activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing training programs.
Job Specific:
- Strong knowledge in training needs analysis, instructional design, and other learning principles.
- Proficient in training program development, implementation, evaluation, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills for managing multiple training programs and aligning them with operational goals.
