Sales Support

Job Description: Sales Support

  • Draft, format, and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Assist with follow-up emails, scheduling calls, and customer queries as directed.
  • Generate and circulate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Schedule meetings, book travel, and arrange logistics for sales team activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in line with the sales strategy and roadmap.
  • Meet regularly with the Sales Lead to review sales tasks and priorities. Administrative Support
  • Provide overflow administrative support to consultants and leadership as needed.
  • Support with conferencing arrangements and groundwork tasks such as scheduling, preparing meeting materials, collating attendee information, and managing follow-up actions.
  • Track mandatory training dates for clients and coordinate renewals or certifications.

  • Assist with document formatting, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Ensure smooth communication across the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, administration, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales systems and Canva.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
