Work Arrangement: Onsite in Clark, Pampanga

Work Shift: Monday-Friday/ Morning Shift

This role is pivotal in supporting our digital sales operations and internal sales processes to ensure seamless customer service, accurate sales data management, and alignment with our business sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage both digital and logistical aspects of the sales process.

About the Job
  • Website Pricing Maintenance: Maintain and update product pricing on the company website in line with the business's overall sales and pricing strategy. Ensure promotional pricing and product information are current and accurate.
  • Online Order Facilitation: Oversee the fulfillment of online customer orders by coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that the correct stock is allocated and the most appropriate shipping solution is selected for each order.
  • Delivery Monitoring & Customer Communication: Track equipment deliveries to ensure they are completed on time and meet customer expectations. Liaise with logistics providers and communicate proactively with customers on delivery status, delays, or issues.
  • Internal Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular internal sales reports detailing order trends, customer activity, and sales performance. These reports will support the handover process to the aftersales and customer support teams.

Your Qualification
  • Experience in sales coordination, e-commerce operations, or logistics within an industrial or distribution environment preferred.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and present insights to internal teams
