Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the overall sales cycle. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our premium products and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
  • With prior Sales Experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
