About the Role

We're looking for an Executive Specialist to play a key role in driving our sourcing operations.

This position is ideal for someone with strong sourcing and recruitment experience, proficiency in Boolean search, and a passion for finding high-calibre candidates. You'll be responsible for managing market mapping, mentoring sourcing specialists, and ensuring smooth sourcing delivery across the team.

You'll also provide support to the Operations Manager with business administration tasks and occasional personal requirements of the Director, making this a dynamic and well-rounded role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Seek Talent Search, SignalHire, or similar sourcing tools (We don't post job ads).
  • Conduct market mapping, talent pooling, and job ad chasing to support ongoing pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in (ATS/CRM).
  • Manage interview coordination, reminders, and rescheduling.
  • Draft and refine job descriptions and position briefs based on consultant notes.
  • Format CVs and documentation for client submission upon interview confirmations.
  • Mentor and guide sourcing specialists to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Conduct reference checks for internal and external candidates who progress to the final or offer stage, ensuring validation of qualifications, performance, and overall suitability for the role.
  • Support the Operations Manager with admin and business tasks when required.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing (4+ years preferred).
  • Strong skills in Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Seek Talent Search, and similar tools.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and process accuracy.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaboration and mentoring.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems ) and tools like and Aircall is an advantage.
  • Comfortable handling both sourcing and operational responsibilities.
