Our client is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving brand strategy, enhancing brand recognition, delivering impactful marketing campaigns, and managing comprehensive content for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work ONSITE and NIGHT SHIFT (US-based client)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as an Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, or a similar role in Marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing, and content creation concepts.
- Experience with various research methods and using data analytics software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- A creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach.
- Strong project management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and brand plans, including product development, packaging, pricing, and promotional communication strategies.
- Oversee the entire content production process for the agency, from conceptualization to development to publishing, ensuring all content aligns with brand strategies and objectives.
- Manage and foster relationships across all brand channels, including social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand message and prompt response to queries and feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to guide the strategies of the marketing and creative teams.
- Execute outreach programs to enhance campaign engagement and brand visibility, including seeking speaking engagements and podcast opportunities for the CEO.
- Help manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on all brand marketing investments.
- Work with the sales teams to develop sales strategies and tools needed to support product positioning in the market.
- Analyze brand performance and provide regular updates to the Brand Manager and other senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as PR, communications, and design) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Participate in organizing promotional events to enhance brand awareness and improve customer engagement.
- Utilize creativity and imagination to direct the video and design teams, providing detailed, strategic guidance for crafting intricate, on-brand graphics and video animations aligned with each client's personal brand identity.
- Oversee client communication channels (e.g., Slack), ensuring timely, professional, and personalized responses while actively maintaining high client morale and strong relationship rapport.
