Social Media Moderator

We're looking for a creative and social media–savvy individual to help grow our online presence and support our digital marketing efforts.

About the Role

You will manage daily posting across platforms, create engaging content, monitor community interactions, and help track performance metrics. You'll also support campaign execution and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily posts and updates on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Create content such as captions, graphics, reels, and promotional materials
  • Respond to inquiries and moderate online communities
  • Track analytics and assist in campaigns and events
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
