The Social Media Marketing Associate supports the development and execution of the company's online marketing efforts. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and assisting in digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Posting

  • Assist in developing social media content calendars
  • Create basic graphics, captions, and short videos for daily posting
  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals

Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor company pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Track trending topics and apply them to content when relevant

Campaign Support

  • Help execute online promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for materials, schedules, and updates
  • Support product launches through online content and engagement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor page insights and engagement metrics
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Assist in competitor research and market trend analysis

Brand & Community Engagement

  • Engage with followers to build strong online communities
  • Assist with influencer collaborations or content partnerships
  • Help maintain consistent brand tone and style across platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage (fresh grads welcome)
  • Knowledgeable in major social media platforms: FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube
  • Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Strong creativity, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet campaign deadlines
  • Willing to learn and stay updated on social media trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
