Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. This role ensures consistent branding, enhanced engagement, audience growth, and increased visibility for Tiger Mountain Industrial – PH OPC. The ideal candidate has strong creative, analytical, and communication skills and is capable of managing social media content on-site to collaborate closely with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Ensure the brand voice, style, and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
2. Content Creation
- Produce high-quality, engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather product/service updates and translate them into social content.
- Capture on-site activities, events, and operations for content creation.
3. Social Media Engagement
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers professionally and timely.
- Manage inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms.
- Build and maintain a positive online community.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).
- Analyze trends and insights to optimize future content.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
5. Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing/operations team for promotional campaigns.
- Optimize ads based on performance data.
6. Brand Collaboration & Representation
- Coordinate with partners, influencers, and media for collaborations or promotions.
- Represent the company professionally during onsite events and activity coverage.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and current digital trends.
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Willing to work on-site and capture live content.
Preferred:
- Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Experience in managing the Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok
- Basic photography/videography skills.
- Knowledge in analytics/reporting tools.

Working Conditions

- May require occasional extended hours for events or campaign deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
