MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR – REMOTE (FULL TIME)


About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands. This role involves content creation, social management, automation using AI tools, brand consistency, and coordinating digital campaigns and engagement across platforms.


Key Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Management
  • Set up and manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for multiple brands.
  • Develop and maintain visual and written brand identity, including voice, tone, and style.
  • Use AI tools to generate content at scale for 6–12 brands.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.
  • Schedule and publish consistent content across platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to improve reach and ROI.
  • Oversee updates to brand websites, coordinating with designers and contractors.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions across accounts.
  • Actively engage with followers, prospects, and complementary businesses to drive visibility.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple social media pages, business accounts, or brands.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of brand-building and digital content design.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent writing skills and strong design instincts.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple brands at once.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing websites (Wix, WordPress, or GoHighLevel).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with short-form video creation or social media growth strategies.
