Position: Merchant Support / Customer Support

Location: Makati, City

Work Set-up: Permanent Hybrid Set-up

Key Responsibilities:

Track and Monitor Inquiries: Manage and resolve inbound merchant inquiries via phone, email, and messaging applications within service level agreements (SLAs).

Non-technical Issue Resolution: Resolve Level 1 non-technical product or service issues using established procedures and resources.

Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of merchant issues and provide tailored solutions.

Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, aligning with company policies to enhance merchant satisfaction.

Transaction Processing and Record-Keeping: Accurately process transactions and maintain detailed records of merchant interactions.

Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to relevant teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, CISS) for further resolution.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer or business-related field.

Experience:

  • 1+ year in BPO, Payments, Financial Tech, or Banking preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.

  • Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, FreshDesk); able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Positive, professional attitude with a readiness to learn and grow.

Business Understanding:

  • Stay updated on technology, industry trends, and relevant regulations
