Merchant Support Admin

We're looking for a full-time Merchant Support Administrator who is a self-starter, organized and is a fast learner to join our team. Our company is growing quickly and there are many opportunities to advance and grow. This will be a remote position that reports to the office in Manila once a month for our team gatherings and the hours for the position will be the night-shift. This is from 9 pm to 6 am PH time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gathering all the supporting documentation to submit to various merchant banks in the U.S.
  • Communicate with various banks in the U.S. regarding merchant applications..
  • Create various third-party agreement and obtain signatures using DocuSign.
  • Heavy amounts of manual data entry into our CRM and various spreadsheets.
  • Work on ad hoc operational and administrative projects.
  • Digitally file all important documents and maintain an organized folder system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Needs to be hyper organized and a fast learner.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry processes.
  • Familiarity of payment processing and merchant services is a plus.
  • Ability to work consistently during night shift hours (9 PM - 6 AM PH time) with reliable internet and workspace
