General Accountant/Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly income, expense, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure the compliance with BIR's mandates and policies
  • Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Develop, document, and improve financial and administrative processes.
  • Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • With experience/knowledge on Philippine Accounting and US Bookkeeping.
  • Experience with BIR compliance
  • Preferably, holder of a valid CPA license
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Accounting systems like SAP, Quickbooks.
