We Fix IT is an Australian Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for an experienced
Bookkeeper or Accountant
to join our growing remote team in the Philippines.

You'll be working with Australian businesses — so
experience with Australian accounting and tax reporting is essential.

Requirements:

Minimum
5+ years of experience
working with Australian businesses

Strong knowledge of
IAS (Instalment Activity Statements)
and
BAS (Business Activity Statements)

Proficient in
Xero
or similar accounting software

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup


Highly Desirable:

  • Experience working for an
    MSP (Managed Service Provider)
  • Familiarity with
    HaloPSA
    or
    SLi
    systems
  • (If you haven't heard of these before, that's okay — we can train the right applicant)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and lodge IAS and BAS reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
  • Handle payroll and superannuation tasks
  • Maintain compliance with Australian accounting standards
  • Collaborate with our Australian finance team and other departments
