About this role…

We are looking for a Bookkeeper Reliever to work for an Australian client. In this position, you will handle general data entry and bank reconciliations, creating batch payment files, processing up to trial balance stage and general admin tasks. You will be using the latest Cloud Accounting Software and Applications like Xero and MYOB.

Key Responsibilities:

* Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping

* Balance sheet reconciliations. Accounts Payable/Receivable management

* Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts

* Processing up to Trial Balance stage and preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office

* Preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office

* Preparing Business Activity Statements

* KPI Tracker maintenance

Qualifications / Skills:

* Graduate of Accountancy or any related course

* Basic Bookkeeping Knowledge

* Excellent communication skills

* Good attention to details

* Deadline-oriented
