JOB OBJECTIVES
  • To establish and nurture a positive business relationship with the accounts especially at the store level. For VisMin KAM, to represent NutriAsia as strategic business partner through account management
  • To manage all sales activities on time and in full to help drive category growth
  • To determine business opportunities at the store level and facilitate solutions, ensuring customer and shopper satisfaction
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safeguard and monitor smooth deliveries and impeccable display and space management and guidelines to guarantee achievement of 95% CSL and OSA

  • Primary shelves based on agreed planogram/standard mandated by the account

  • Secondary shelves based on agreed featured SKUs and planogram
  • Shelf display parameters (compliance on freshness policy, neatness, and pricing)
  • Provide consistent quantitative and qualitative reports on inventory, distribution, and merchandising metrics such as CSL, SOS, NPD placement, assortment, and spoils.

  • Evaluate SKU mix in accordance with the target market of the store.

  • Team up with CSG in developing the best servicing model of the stores.
  • Provide bottoms up forecast for new store, VisMin, and OVD stores for planning and stock
  • Execute, oversee, and audit implementation of programs in the stores through stringent collaboration with KAM BD, CMD, and TPAs

  • Help ensure correct manpower deployment of the stores

  • Conduct audit measures to assess TPA performance
  • Identify, evaluate, and share business opportunities (activations, new products, business practices, and industry trends) to stakeholders.
  • Conduct face to face engagements with store personnel providing valuable inputs and sharing of merchandising guidelines. For VisMin areas, handle account management with actual Head Office consultations and monitoring of receivables/proof of deliveries.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • College graduate preferably degree course in Business Administration and other business-related degree

Experience / Expertise

  • Open for new graduates with good scholastic record and willingness to build career in sales
  • Background in Sales, Operations, and/or Supply Chain is an added value
