Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented leader to oversee our
Group Key Accounts Manager.
This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, team leadership, and operational excellence. The position leads a team of Key Account Managers and Specialists to deliver sustainable sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure flawless execution of business plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships & Business Planning:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, lead business planning and review processes, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales & Channel Management:
    Oversee sales forecasting, channel performance, and trade promotion execution to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Coach, mentor, and develop Key Account Managers and Specialists, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused team culture.
  • Market Insights & Strategy:
    Direct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and strategic information management to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position.
  • Financial & Operations Oversight:
    Manage trade budgets, operational expenses, and accounts receivable while driving efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation:
    Lead continuous improvement initiatives and pilot innovative programs to optimize channel operations and deliver value-added services to customers.
