Position: Trust Accounting Assistant

Location: Central Luzon

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As a Trust Accounting Assistant, you are responsible for:

  • ​Review various invoices and identify problems, including but not limited to interests, balance brought forward, double invoices, or similar issues
  • Manage and update spreadsheets and Accounting CRM
  • Assist with bank reconciliation for trust accounts
  • Receive and process payments
  • Prepare and process accounts for settlement
  • Assist in processing other related financial transactions
  • Prepare and generate reports, as required
  • Process rental receipts, invoices and payments to landlords and creditors
  • Daily bank reconciliation and allocate unknown funds

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience Property Management Assistant
  • Someone willing to transition from Administrative Property Management to Accounting.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and any Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Experience in Accounting is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good at taking instructions and speaking up if they don't understand.
  • Ability to show good attention to detail, work on time-critical tasks, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Positive working attitude.Quick learner and adaptable to new software and administrative tasks, effectively.
  • Honest, reliable, proactive, with a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Can handle corrections and has self-responsibility
