Your Role

**As an AU Data Entry and Accounts Assistant, you are responsible for:

Motorcentral Data Entry**

  • Record vehicles in Motorcentral (MC) and Stock List (Google Sheets) based on shipment notifications, including status updates (e.g., in transit).
  • Enter freight costs in MC from freight invoices, ensuring correct allocation and GST exclusion.
  • Update payment status in MC once vehicles are paid.

Supplier Invoices

  • Process MC-related supplier invoices with accuracy, avoiding duplicate costs.
  • Verify GST inclusions/exclusions and update records accordingly.
  • Ensure correct descriptions and categorizations.
  • Upload invoices to Xero via email.
  • Enter debit card receipts into MC.
  • Liaise with HQ team to support smooth operations.
