About the role

Zirconia Inc' is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and sales initiatives. As a marketing sales specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to promote our products and services, while also contributing to our overall sales efforts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives
  3. Collect and analyse market data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
  4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
  5. Participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
  6. Support the development and implementation of customer engagement and retention programs
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using marketing and sales software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and data analytics tools
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Passion for the Marketing & Communications industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company
