How You'll Make an Impact
As a Technical Recruiter (Enterprise Team), you'll play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top professionals for U.S.-based clients across various technical and corporate domains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation.
- Partner with U.S. hiring managers and client delivery teams to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience that reflects professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with peers to meet performance goals and delivery timelines.
- Track and manage recruiting activity metrics accurately in ATS/CRM systems.
Are You an Experienced Technical Recruiter Ready to Make an Impact?
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of U.S. recruiting experience
(agency, corporate, or RPO). - Proven success recruiting for
IT, engineering, or professional corporate roles
. - Excellent sourcing and assessment skills, with a track record of quality placements.
- Experience with
ATS and CRM systems
(e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, iCIMS). - Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Must be
based in the Philippines
and able to work
U.S. business hours
.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting
MSP or VMS client programs
. - Familiarity with
technical recruiting
, including software, infrastructure, or engineering roles. - Proficiency in
Boolean search techniques
and creative sourcing strategies.
