Position: TSR - Premium IT

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 gross

Work Set Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least High School Graduate or any related field.

With 2 years Customer Care Experience or 6 months–1-year Technical Support experience

Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice)

Can Start ASAP and willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga

Provide technical support and assistance to clients/customers

Handle troubleshooting and resolve IT-related concerns

Deliver high-quality customer experience via voice support

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Face to face interview

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
