Position: IT Infrastructure Manager

Company Industry: IT / BPO

Work Location: Pampanga

Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts

Salary: Php 80,000-110,000 gross

Work Arrangement: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT networking and systems administration
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
  • Strong background in network infrastructure, systems, and database management
  • Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP) is required
  • Hands-on expertise with Cisco routers, switches, and related devices
  • Proficient in generating operational reports and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Experienced in leading major IT projects, including system upgrades and process improvements
  • Must be amenable to onsite work in Clark, Pampanga
  • Resume must clearly highlight Cisco and networking experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect and analyze service-related data to support IT operations
  • Participate in SLA reviews and ensure service continuity and capacity planning
  • Oversee service level reporting and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with information security standards and IT asset policies
  • Support internal and external audits aligned with organizational IT goals
  • Deliver responsive and effective IT support services within established guidelines
