The Junior Project Manager (Operations Officer) will assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of client projects to ensure timely and efficient execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in organizing and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, status reports, and meeting agendas/minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks, delays, or issues.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Maintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the project team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, consulting, or a similar support role (internships count).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Notion, MS Tools, ).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management or consulting career path.
