About the Role

We are seeking proactive and reliable Operations Management Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced delivery and logistics environment. This internship offers exposure to operations coordination, process monitoring, and system maintenance to support seamless day-to-day delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with delivery riders regarding dispatch schedules, route assignments, and completion of deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers to provide delivery updates, address inquiries, and assist in resolving concerns.
  • Monitor and help maintain the company's delivery system/platform, ensuring accuracy of data and smooth operations.
  • Assist in tracking operational performance metrics and preparing basic reports.
  • Support the Operations Team in administrative and logistical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Open to students from any program.
  • Advantage for students taking Business-related courses (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields).
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
