Work From Home | U.S. Medical Clinic | Night Shift
Salary: USD $900–$1,300 per month
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Clinical Support Specialist with experience working in a U.S.-based medical clinic. This role involves supporting patient interactions, administrative tasks, scheduling, and general clinic workflows—all while delivering exceptional service to both Spanish- and English-speaking patients.
If you have U.S. clinic experience and are fluent in Spanish, this is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a reputable medical practice. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients in Spanish and English
- Handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient reminders
- Perform front-office duties such as registration, insurance verification, and documentation
- Provide bilingual assistance during patient interactions to ensure clarity and comfort
- Support providers and clinic staff with administrative and patient coordination tasks
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records
- Assist with general workflow tasks and problem-solving within the clinic
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Must have prior experience in a U.S. medical clinic (front desk, MA, scheduler, patient coordinator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of U.S. clinic workflows (patient intake, referrals, charting, check-in/out)
- Experience with EMR systems (any EMR; eClinicalWorks is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Willingness to work on U.S. night shift
- Stable internet connection and reliable workstation
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience handling bilingual patient communication
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Background in care coordination or patient navigation
Compensation
USD $900–$1,300 per month, based on experience and skill level
