Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to support our growing biotechnology environment with a strong focus on clinical operations. While prior experience in clinical research, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals is preferred—especially exposure to eTMF systems, data management tools, or clinical documentation processes—someone who demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and manage complex workflows.

This role blends clinical documentation support, data organization, and administrative coordination across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and organizing clinical documentation, including uploading, tracking, and reconciling materials within eTMF or similar clinical systems.
  • Support study operations teams with document collection, version control, filing, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation for clinical workflows
  • Coordinate communications with external research partners, medical professionals, and clinical vendors.
  • Support medical affairs engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with medical and scientific stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and managing complex calendars.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (like Excel) and/or other database or data-management systems would be beneficial.
  • Experience with different communication platforms (Outlook, WhatsApp, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to eTMF systems, clinical documentation processes, or clinical trial operations is preferred.
  • Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Prior experience working with medical professionals or clinical research stakeholders.
  • Background in administrative, project coordination, or operational roles.

Work Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time Position, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
