Job Summary:
The HR Training and Development Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to support employee growth, organizational performance, and overall talent development. This role ensures that employees have the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
- Develop, design, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules, logistics, and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives and workforce needs.
- Maintain updated training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support employee career development initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Qualifications:
- Has background in training, education, psychology.
- Knowledegable in creating training modules.
- Strong command of the language. (Bisaya and Tagalog).
