Customer Service for Global Home Security Account

We areseeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas on a full-time basis. In this crucial role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to customers of our global home security account.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Providing information about our products and services, and guiding customers through the purchase process
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate data entry
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and escalating feedback to management
- Participating in team meetings and training to continually enhance your skills
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the home security or technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- A positive, patient and resilient attitude, even when dealing with challenging situations
