
HR Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Officer to join our team. This is a generalist role where you will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offering.
Facilitate new hire orientations.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate advice on HR policies and procedures.
Guide line supervisors on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memoranda, etc.
Process employee payroll and benefits.
Assist in identifying training needs and help coordinate training and development programs.
Help develop and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
* Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, as well as labor laws and regulations.
*High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
