This is a full-time Customer Service role based in Cebu, Central Visayas, where you will be providing high-quality customer service support for one of our key accounts. As a member of the Customer Service team at TalentSync Training and Development, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional experiences for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Providing product information and support to customers
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management
  • Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
