About the role

My Sahay is seeking a skilled and experienced Admin Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide vital administrative support from the comfort of their own home. As our Admin Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by handling a variety of administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing backend support for a tasting company operating in Costco
  2. Managing and maintaining schedules, calendars, and promoter coordination
  3. Handling sales reporting, Excel-based reports, and bonus calculations
  4. Assisting with payroll, supplies tracking, and general administrative tasks
  5. Communicating with promoters and supporting day-to-day operational needs
  6. Performing data entry, file management, and document organisation
  7. Supporting project-related research and miscellaneous office tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative or virtual assistant
  2. Strong Excel proficiency, including reporting, tables, and analytics
  3. Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Experience working remotely with a proactive and self-managed approach
  6. Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and varying work hours (40-hour work week)
  7. Potential availability on weekends for promoter check-ins
  8. Professional demeanour and familiarity with customer service best practices
  9. No outbound sales calls required
