Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company's loan products, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves prospecting potential borrowers, explaining loan terms, guiding clients through the application process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and market the company's loan products to prospective clients (individuals and businesses).
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by management.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients through fieldwork, referrals, and networking.
  • Explain loan products, terms, and repayment options clearly to clients.
  • Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and ensuring accuracy of submitted documents.
  • Conduct basic credit checks and endorse qualified applicants to the Credit Investigation/Approval Team.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, applications, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Credit, Collection, Compliance) to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Provide after-sales service to clients to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience in banking, financing, or lending is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork and meet clients.
