We are seeking a Sales Executive to represent the company in client communications and business development activities. This role is remote-based, offering a professional environment with global exposure.
The Sales Executive will manage new and existing sales leads, based on guidance from the company director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their labeling needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing to implement sales strategies and ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
Preferably someone who has
- Inside Sales/Sales Background
- Has Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of local BPO industry is a plus
- Good English communication skills; has Aussie accent if possible
- Presentable since this role will involve coordinating with Australian Clients
- Preferably with B2B sales expertise and familiarity with and HubSpot
- Must have own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 20 Mbps
