Duties and Responsibilities:
Finance Management
- Provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, meaningful and fairly stated financial statements
- Monitor the group's actual performance against plan and provide relevant reports and analyses to management
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the group
- Lead the development and implementation of an appropriate system of internal controls, financial policies and procedures, corporate governance.
- Lead the implementation of an appropriate automated financial and accounting reporting system
- Monitor cash flows, sources and uses of funds to ensure sufficient liquidity to support the operating requirements of the business
- Manage tax planning and compliance with local and national regulations.
- Liase with external auditors and government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGUs) on financial reports required from the group and any audits that may be conducted on such reports
- Provide advice on accounting implications of critical or strategic issues and other corporate actions including investments.
Administrative Oversight
- Supervise general administrative functions including procurement, office management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee records management and document control systems.
