We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Admin Staff to support our finance operations and office administration. This role will handle accurate financial record-keeping, invoice and expense claim processing, and ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and auditors.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and check supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve missing information, discrepancies, or documentation issues.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial records for systematic archiving and retrieval.
  • Support PwC and BIR audit requirements by preparing audit-ready files, assisting with sample pullouts, and providing confirmations.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 6 months of experience in accounting processes and procedures, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different teams.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
