
Finance Admin Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash monitoring, sales reports, and bank deposits
- Record and reconcile expenses, invoices, and receipts
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee reimbursements
- Prepare and update financial records, spreadsheets, and reports
- Coordinate with suppliers for billing, payments, and account balances
- Support budget tracking and expense control
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents
- Assist management in preparing reports for audits or compliance
- Monitor and replenish office/restaurant supplies when necessary
- Perform general administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related admin work is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
