This is a strategic leadership role for someone who wants to be at the heart of a dynamic construction company—balancing financial excellence, compliance, and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Accounting and Finance Department and oversee all accounting, budgeting, and treasury functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, aligned with both regulatory and management requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, project costing, and funding strategies to support construction projects.
  • Monitor and optimize financial performance across ongoing and future projects.
  • Oversee compliance with BIR, SEC, PCAB, and other relevant authorities.
  • Advise top management on financial strategy, risks, and investment opportunities.
  • Implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to operations and project management teams.

Requirements:

  • CPA or equivalent finance qualification is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Preferably with construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry experience.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, project costing, and cash flow management.
  • Familiarity with construction-related regulations, taxation, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a high level of integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php80,000.00 per month
