Job Summary
The HR Assistant Manager serves as the functional lead for Recruitment. This role reports directly to the HR and Admin Manager and is critical in ensuring the organization's manpower needs are met with high-caliber, organizationally-aligned talent and that robust development initiatives are implemented.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from securing job requisitions and sourcing to final onboarding, ensuring the approved manpower complement is achieved with candidates who are a technical and organizational fit.
- Documentation & Onboarding: Oversee pre-employment documentation and the timely preparation of the 201 Employee File upon onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive new employee experience.
- Coordination: Maintain close coordination with the Compensation and Benefits and Admin teams to guarantee proper recording and smooth onboarding of all new hires.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology and/or HR Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Proven experience in people management (leading a team or functional area).
- Extensive functional knowledge in Recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
