POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent will provide assistance to the recruitment and onboarding activities.
ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:
- Coordinates with other HR Staff
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as BS Psychology, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advertises job vacancies to various sourcing channels
- Reviews applications received and schedule applicants for exam
- Check applicant's examinations
- Prepare IDs
- Conduct background check on applicants
- Interviews applicants
- Assists in the different functions and services of the Human Resources & Admin Department (HRAD)
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php150.00 per day
