POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent will provide assistance to the recruitment and onboarding activities.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:

  • Coordinates with other HR Staff

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as BS Psychology, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advertises job vacancies to various sourcing channels
  • Reviews applications received and schedule applicants for exam
  • Check applicant's examinations
  • Prepare IDs
  • Conduct background check on applicants
  • Interviews applicants
  • Assists in the different functions and services of the Human Resources & Admin Department (HRAD)

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php150.00 per day
