The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to specific business units, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role involves providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues, including talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, and conflict management. The HRBP is a key resource in developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall goals of the company.

Responsibilities: Business Partnering / OD/Engagement ● Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business, aiming improvements in key HR metrics (e.g., retention, engagement). ● Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. ● Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues. ● Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. ● Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. ● Lead management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to turn business strategies into action. ● Provide and demonstrate change management leadership. ● Coach and influence to achieve business results. ● Support organizational change initiatives. ● Act as a change agent and single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit. ● Build strong business relationships with line management. People Development ● Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals. ● Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. ● Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. ● Identify training needs and assist in aligning training programs with business objectives. ● Strategic workforce planning, including succession planning Performance Management ● Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals. ● Facilitate performance management processes. ● Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions). Ethics and Compliance / Budgetting ● Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group. ● Ensure compliance with HR regulations and employment laws. ● Manage employee relations and resolve employee issues and grievances, conducting unbiased investigations. ● Prepare, consolidate and monitor manpower costs YOY Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence at all levels of an organization. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated data literacy skills and experience using HR metrics to guide decision-making. ● Experience with HRIS platforms is a plus. ● Ability to navigate ambiguity and introduce structure and process when appropriate. ● At least 3-4 years of experience as a generalist HR including Business Partnering ● Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
