HR and Admin Assistant – Duties and Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents, orientations, and exit requirements.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave applications, and schedule adjustments.
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, seminars, and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related memos, notices, and communication materials.
- Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating issues when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR standards.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties including receiving visitors, answering calls, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and supplies.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service requests with vendors and contractors.
- Assist in procurement of office and pantry supplies and ensure proper inventory control.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and preparing reports.
- Support company executives and departments with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and general administrative assistance.
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
- Prepare and process admin-related forms, letters, and requests.
- Assist the Project manager for Project related request
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
